The 26-year-old New Zealand man made the grisly discovery in the early hours of Wednesday morning while attempting to burgle a house in the Fairfield suburb of Hamilton. Police say that the burglar has been arrested, but is unlikely to be charged for his crime because he raised the alarm and is assisting them with their inquiries.
