The exhibition Deities, Demons, and Teachers of Tibet, Nepal, and India, is a presentation of works by Indian, Nepalese, and Tibetan artisans, all of which happen to be anonymous. These works will a glimpse of the things that are held dear to these lands, including a sandstone figure of Ganesha, and an elephant-headed deity (which is said to grace the entrance to this exhibition). Also included in this exhibition is something that is considered rare, are early images of the Buddha, which will be considered to be the center of gallery of where the works will be held. An example of that includes a third-century stone image of a seated Buddha from the Swat Valley. Deities, Demons, and Teachers...
